Hi @Patwb If you Google "Paramount 3005 error" you will find a number of short videos on how to resolve the issue. I have not looked at any of them so don't know how useful they will be but they should be worth a look.

Re: Paramount + 3005 error on Sky Glass
The 3005 error and related ad stop error was fixed a few months or so back by Sky/Paramount and was reported by a number of customers on here including Myself.
That locked thread is here;
Do though see a few customers on here have occasional occurances of it still happening on Sky Stream and Sky Glass.
One thing that has cured those occurrences is doing the following in this order.
A restart of your broadband router and a restart of your Sky Glass TV after the broadband router is back up.
Try leaving your router off for half hour or more, as this will reset the WAN ip address and create a new connection path for your router.
Would also suggest after doing that, on your Sky Glass TV doing another app refresh;
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
- Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

Re: Paramount + 3005 error on Sky Glass
Are you able to actually launch Paramount+ either by the Apps rail or via using the voice option saying 'Paramount+', or do you get the 3005 straight away, from launching it?
If the app opens, and you only get the error when playing any content.
Can you scroll down in the P+ app to settings and post the App Version it shows under Support.

Re: Paramount + 3005 error on Sky Glass
Ok.
Can you go into the app and turn auto play off if it's On or on if it's off and in audio make sure audio is enabled, then exit the app using the bottom right exit Paramount + button
Would recommend doing a restart of your Sky Glass TV and on return try again.
Go into the app and put the audio play to On or Off as it was originally.
Once again use bottom right exit Paramount + button.
One more restart of your Sky Glass.
When your Sky Glass Tv is up, play a live tv channels for five minutes or more.
Then go to the apps rail or use voice to open Paramount +.
Does it play better?
What the above is doing, is forcing a small cache refresh.

Re: Paramount + 3005 error on Sky Glass
If none of the above works.
Try also doing a sign out of the app from the settings menu.
Once again do a Sky Glass restart and then when the Sky Glass TV is back up start the app again and sign in.

Re: Paramount + 3005 error on Sky Glass
Are all your other apps working fine ( if you use them) like Netflix, Disney+, iPlayer, ITVx etc,
Going back to when you mentioned above that some content works, is it the same series or episode that causes the issue, or is it more random and happens across series or episodes?
This error is we have noticed a catch all for any type of network glitches with the app, so has never been great to pin down exactly on any devices. It is not an error unique to Sky, but of late we have not noticed on here many having the issue.

Can understand how annoying this is.
As far as I can see, you have tried everything I can see to resolve.
Would suggest later tonight or overnight, doing what I suggested in post 2, with a broadband router power off for half an hour or even for an hour one last time.
If this does not work.
Would ask you to call Sky next week and let them know all we have tried and they may go through a factory reset with you.
We do not recommend doing a factory reset, unless you are on a call with Sky and they have authorised it, as doing so can cause some account issues that only Sky can resolve.
Please let us know how you get on.
