Faulty Sky Glass or Not?

My new, less than a month old, Sky Glass keeps losing its connection to the internet, even though I've cabled it directly to the Sky Wi-Fi router. I've even upgraded my fibre connection and have a puck for multi room. But the puck doesn't seem to have the same issue connecting via Wi-Fi. Tha broadband in my area has also been experiencing regular faults and down time. Which isn't helping my frustration with the Glass. Also things we bought can't be played as the Glass decides to tell me it's lost its internet connection even though other apps and channels still work. Help!

How is your Sky Glass connected, wifi or Ethernet?

One thing we suggest is to follow some recommended options set in the Sky Glass Settings>
Turn wifi OFF under Network if connected via ethernet.
Set Network standby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to OFF.

Can you do a network speed test on your Sky Glass TV.

Launch Netflix on your Sky Glass TV (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say over a half hour period.
What is your speed?
