Only had sky glass for a few months and sometimes the picture sticks and sound. It freezes.

Only had sky glass for a few months and sometimes the picture sticks and sound and freezes. What can be causing this to happen.

Firstly what internet speed are you getting generally, as you need to eliminate the cause being inadequate speed coming into your property?

 

Then the next step is to run a speed test from the Sky device, open Netflix on the Glass, go to Get Help -> Check Your Network and it will run a diagnostic and tell you the speed the Glass is getting.

Thank you for the replies. The problem seemed short lived and haven't had any trouble for two days now. Made a note of all replies.
