I cannot get my programme on i have had going on and off i am not to pleased as im paying a lot

@Suppere In order to get you some help we will need a little more information,what are you trying to watch are you getting an onscreen message etc

Its really hard to provide precise help with a lack of information. With the information provided i can only recommend some generic troubleshooting steps:
- Reboot your Sky Glass by unplugging it for 10 minutes.
- If that hasn't helped and your Glass is connected to the internet via Wifi, i'd suggest testing a connection via ethernet cable to see if that helps. You would need to plug in the ethernet cable to your TV and the router, go into the Glass Network Settings, disable the Wifi, then reboot the Glass TV by unplugging it for 2 minutes.
