Continue watching is a little bug, normally its fine for me when i'm watching from the on-demand apps, the problem is with watching live sometimes it doesn't figure out you have watched the whole show, or then the show becomes available on the on-demand catchup service and it thinks you haven't watched it at all. In particular i've seen this on ITV, the continue watching for most other stuff has been working fine for me.

 

Programs not loading and the odd technical issue COULD be an issue with your internet speed ( not saying it is but its possible). You can open NetFlix, go to get help and run their check your network diagnostic to see what the download speed is from that device. I know i've had that issue on occassion when my wifi has dropped out for a few seconds and then retrying it normally works.

 

Some of the issues just require the device to be rebooted, by turning it off at the plug, waiting around 30 seconds and turning it back on. Sky Stream and Sky Glass are essentially little computers and after a while or after a combination of certain activities sometimes like require a reboot like most computers.

I've had problems for the last couple of days with MY5 not working on my TV with Sky Stream. I've refreshed the APP and rebooted the puck but still can't access anything on MY5.

 

I get error: MY5-undefined-APP-1003

Message says unavailable due to technical issue and their working on a fix. Refers to help centre on their website which says nothing about the current issue.

 

Guess just have to wait and see what happens!

Certainly sounds like a My5 specific bug. I wonder if one of the super users can flag it over to Sky to make sure they are aware of the issue.

continue watching is a joke on sky glass. Half the time what you've been watching doesn't appear there, and most of the time it doesn't transfer through to puck in other room. Really wish I'd never got sky glass, it's absolutely awful

I am also having issues accessing the My5 app which I posted about on here. See my post below

I originally reported the issue to Sky by phone on 18th June 2024 and I am still unable to access any content on the My5 app.

 

Other than a text message from Sky which I received on 19th June 2024 which said their support team are aware of an issue and are working on a fix which should be resolved over the coming days , I have not had any further contact from anyone at Sky. I am therefore still waiting on any further update or preferably a resolution to this.

@Wobdotand @F60Mini, did you get your issues with accessing the My5 app resolved? If you did, what was the resolve?

It eventually just sorted itself out and started to work again. Fingers crossed but no further issues as yet!

Ok thanks for the update @F60Mini. I still have no access whatsoever to the My5 app and I have heard nothing further from anyone at Sky since I originally reported it 😞
