I am having issues with SkySport Cricket Channel 405.
I have in the past set a record for certain cricket matches to go into my play list. This is done via channel 405.
When looking in play list to confirm the settings when the cricket is also being shown on sports event 401 for some unknown reason the recording keeps defaulting to 401. When it does this if the cricket on 401 is only on for 3 hrs all access to the finish is lost. I keep going into 405 cricket channel to set. If the game is on for 5 days example on 9th Oct South Africa are playing Australia in a Test Match, ive gone into 405 cricket channel clicketed on add series. Friday and Sat is set on 405 as it should be but the remaining days has defaulted to 401 main event. As its defaulted too 401, Sunday is only doing 3 hrs Mon Tues is doing the full match. The match is also being shown on 405. As I set the series too 405 all matches should be on 405 and not 401. Keeps defaulting. At the moment no one at sky has any idea why its happening. Theres nothing wrong with my Sky Glass TV. My Brother has Sky Glass and ive tried setting the cricket to go into play list on his tv and the same is happening on his. Fri Sat on 405 Sky Cricket remaining days set on 401. This should not happen. When you set a programme to record on a certain channel then the programme should record the programme on that channel only and not swap.
