Constant picture problems
Every time I turn my TV on it takes 10+ minutes for the screen to come on - the sound and remote work to change channels, but screen is black. Then when it finally does come on there are black, white pixelated and colourful lines all flashing across my tv!
I have hard reset, updated and done a factory reset, but it hasn't resolved this.

How old is the Glass TV? If it's still under warranty then call Sky for further troubleshooting and potential replacement.
Glass TVs come with a 2 year warranty. Any issues beyond that period are your responsibility to sort out unless you have paid for some form of extended warranty.

Re: Constant picture problems
Thank you! I've had it less than 2 months and the problems have been happening since the day I got it. Will give sky a call.
