@ThePope27 yes superusers can amend answers, where the incorrect post has been picked as the answer a superuser can amend it to the correct answer

@ThePope27 The correct answer has to marked to let others with the same problem know what the full answer is

 

as  some people, mark their response as the answer when its not,  others mark the first response as the answer when it might not be correct  sometimes the first correct answer is missed by the op other times although an post is marked as the answer its not completely correct and a fuller complete explanation is marked as the answer.

 

I've had many of mine changed by other superuser and Sky staff and have changed some of my own  from being correct as it was the first answer and wasn't what actually helped helped the op

@Laing1  I know this has been discussed elsewhere but I would be in favour of the wording being changed from "Answer" to "Solution" as this would remove a lot of the confusion..
