Sky glass just stopped working, no red light. Power socket is still working. Changed Sky power leads, still no red light, and will not switch on with remote or tv located button.
We've only had Sky glass for 4 weeks and it's been one problem after another.
Tried to contact Sky on the phone as My Sky has no further advice suggesting ordering a new power supply.

Unfortunately you will need to speak to Sky customer services for this as we are fellow subscribers on the forum. They will arrange the replacement under warranty.
When it asks you for your phone number to send you the link to the forum, remain silent and it will take you past to speak to a human.
You have tried everything I would suggest so likely a hardware fault.
