Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried a reboot of the TV? You can do this switching it off at the plug, waiting at least 30 seconds ( you need it give it time to ensure the electricity drains from the device so it does actually turn on) then turning th plug back on.
if that doesn't fix it, it could be an issue with your internet or network. You could try connecting the Tv to your router via an Ethernet cable if you have one.
you can also do an internet speed test from the TV using the Netflix app. Open Netflix, go to get help, check your network. It should display the download speed which needs to be at least 30Mbps for Sky glass to function properly.

Hard wired into router, getting 90mbps on speed test through Netflix.
Able to use all apps, but still not live TV or sky demand services

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Paul-Hythe-Kent have you restarted your Puck by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds (or using the menu restart option)? It would have been more widely reported if it had been a streaming issue, so most likely a glitch with your Puck.

Yes, I restarted the Glass TV multiple times over a period of 90 minutes and provoked the fault repeatedly. The only content that was produced was those 'damned" adverts
