Re: Last few days, technical fault with channel, disney plus etc works.
Same again this morning - 'please wait for your programme to load'. Soft reset works for a short while. Really fed up with this now. I know Sky are 'investigating', but they really need to sort this out. Repeated resets are not a solution, especially during a live event on TV.

Re: Last few days, technical fault with channel, disney plus etc works.
We are having exactly the same issues. Every morning the dreaded black screen. We rang sky to be fobbed off with "your WiFi is only connected to the glass 66% of the time" but it's worked on the same WiFi for the last 2 years
wifi speedtest is 678mb so not the issue... other devices work fine and the pucks will stream live TV. Can't watch any channels.
I have gone one step further and sent a complaint in. The more people do this the quicker they will look at this.

Programme loading
I've been having trouble with my Sky Glass for weeks and I can't get Sky support help to fix it. The technical problem relates to "please wait for your programme to load".
I've tried Settings, System Management, resets & updates, restart the device. It sometimes works but mostly fails. Why am I paying for a tv that doesn't work?

@Arron56 Yes, they know it's not a WiFi issue - that's a fudge. Like you, I have super fast and stable WiFi, and the same fault occurs when hard wired by Ethernet cable. I'm on my second reset this morning and it's only just past 8 AM - it's really poor from Sky.

Have moved your post to this current ongoing issue thread.
Read the answered post within this thread from Sky on the issue and fill out the form as mentioned in the answered post.
Sky are investigating and we as Superusers are keeping them aware of many others having the issue
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Well after having this issue and reporting it, today is the second day on the trot were it's not had the issue. This is weird.

That form filling did the trick then 😀

Re: Programme loading
@Cocoalex - so frustrating, isn't it. I've had this fault for a few weeks now- awful, especially in the mornings. A device restart or power recycle solves it temporarily, but the fault recurs.

New glass arrived yesterday, worked fine...then this morning its happened with this new unit.
unplugged. Waited, worked for 5 mins, then it cut out during a playstation game, loaded Prime video (for some reason) and when i switched to a tv channel...progamme waiting to load etc.
awful, this is coming up to a month

Re: Last few days, technical fault with channel, disney plus etc works.
This was a good one, spoke to sky they got me to do the reset. Whilst they were sorting the escalation, it happened again within 3 minutes...picture went, then sound and programme failed to load.
hilarious. The most premium tv provider and its been going on since before 11th April. New TV lasted about 23 hours before the issue occurred again.
lets see what this escalation does... I dont want this tv in my house anymore. i've had no trouble with the puck which is in another tv.

@wsimm Yes, no trouble with the pucks, just the Sky Glass TV - you'd think that would mean that they could isolate the issue and fix it, but seemingly not . . . It's been several weeks now, as you say.
