I have no sound on my sky glass tv

I have no sound coming from my sky glass tv I have tried everything. Also when I click on a movie to watch on Netflix or YouTube it plays but there is no video and on YouTube it fast forwards videos with again no audio

I have no sound on any channels and half the channels won't load at all 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Simonhiggins if unplugging to set for 30 seconds doesnt clear the fault you will need to call Sky to report thecfault.

Had to ring them three times and go through the trouble shooting steps with them in the end they sent me a new tv

Same thing happening to me the sound works but glitch the volume when at 0 sounds like it's at 60 and when at 90 there is no volume at all I think my sky glass got damaged and no sky employee responded with a good solutions the basics they will sell these tvs and won't help to repair it just buy a new one even tho they know I can't afford a new one then say
