Can’t sign credit agreement

Hi, we have had multiple calls with Sky and they can't seem to get this sorted. Every time we try to sign the agreement we get the following error. If we don't sign by 8pm the order will be cancelled.

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. You will need to speak to sky if the CCA cannot be signed.

However, have you tried via the website rather than the app? Are you signed in with the skyID / email that placed the order? What have Sky said when you have been in contact with them?

Youve sent the credit agreement twice everttime lve tried to sign, it goes in loadings and flickers, no luck for hours, phoned sky they said they are having trouble. Can you tell if lm doing anything wrong. Thank you.

@Dawn127 please try signing the agreement on an ignotio browser or clearing cookies and cache. However if the contact centre is also having trouble, there may be a system issue.
