Get the serial number off the my sky app and phone sky give them that number and see if it's been reactivate with them, just a try, if you can find any information about the person you sold it to give that to sky if you haven't already done so

When you did the factory reset did you speak to someone at sky at the same time? I think this might be where the problem might be and that's why the tv is still on your account, I am only guessing at this

Did you make any subscription payments after attempting the deregister your Sky Glass TV?
How many were there between deregistering the Sky Glass TV and ordering the Sky Puck?
