Freezing
Ahh my sky stream box won't turn off and keeps freezing so can't change the channel or do anything!
anyone know the best way to fix it??
at the moment we unplugging it and turning back on but again when we want to change channel can't!
no problems on the service checker

Who is your ISP? Why speed do you get? And what speed is the puck getting? You can check this by opening netflix and going to settings > connection check.
Sky Pucks and Glass need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD for each puck. Its likely to be a WiFi quality issue or broadband speed.
