I got my sky glass in December and just found out I could get nectar points for this, can I still claim these also I am a diamond vip

@Taxirob Sky don't do nectar points directly and doubt if Nectar themselves would apply them restrospectively in any case, if the offer wasn't available when you ordred in December there is no responsibility on Nectar to back date this.,

Diamond VIP is irrelevant in this scenario so will simply have no sway over this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Taxirob Have a read of the terms and conditions of the offer the awarding of points is the responsibility of nectar not sky has stated, so I think you will need to raise with nectar

your vip status has no bearing on this
