Sky Glas

Is anyone else having issues with sky Glas? I've upgraded to fibre so internet is good. But the tv keeps freezing. Won't let me change Chanel. Turns itself off but the sound keeps playing. Really had enough of it!!

Sounds familiar. Glass seems to work fine for some people and others are plagued with issues like yours. All you can do is ask Sky to replace it or, if you're within 31 days of activation, send it back for a refund and get a smart TV with Sky Stream instead.

The sound playing no picture I've seen reported many times. I'd give Sky a call there must be a fault with your tv.
