Only purchased skyglass two weeks ago. Can't cope with it and want to cancel and go back to Sky Q. Can I use the sky glass tv without having to return it. Would need another TV if we sent it back. Plus the idiots who delivered it took all the packaging with them.

Hi @Harrime
You have the ability to reject it and get a refund (minus a £25 fee) in the first 31 days. If you want to get another TV elsewhere (likely cheaper too).
See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-sky-glass
If you do want to keep Glass and use it with Sky Q, there is some setup you will need to do. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/connect-q-to-glass

Re: Cancel sky glass return sky q
@Harrime Yes, you can use Q with the Glass according to feedback from other customers. You would still have to pay for the Glass' loan agreement.
You will need to ring Sky to sort this out.

Re: Cancel sky glass return sky q
@Harrime You can keep the tv provided you continue to pay the loan agreement if brought on finance and just cancel the subscription element and revert back to Q and connect that to glass via HDMI
give sky a call to arrange this
