Hi,
Ordered a sky glass yesterday in store but can't sign the agreement in my sky today. Tried different browsers etc but no joy. Can anyone help please?

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Anyone else still having this problem?
I keep clicking the link to sign the agreement but it will only take me to this page and not visible in my contracts via the app either. My delivery is due Monday and I really don't want it to be cancelled!

Hello,
I noticed Nathan resolved this issue for another user in relation to the signing the sky agreement for the Sky Glass, I'm having exactly the same issue where it keeps sending me back to the play store to download the my sky app which I already have.
I've been on the phone to Sky for days and no one can help me and I need to sign it by 7pm tonight or my order is cancelled. Can you please help me.
