Apps disappeared

I went to watch casualty from playlist and I player wouldn't work I followed the instructions to reset the tv now all myapps except the sky ones have disappeared

Have you turned the TV off, left it a few minutes and then turned it back on? That sometimes sorts issues like this out.

You could also try refreshing apps via the Settings, System Management option.
