My Nana has dementia, she has Sky full package and isn't able to watch films because it asks her for a pin constantly!
Even though we have put notes around with her pin, she gets stuck and can't access anything!
I have tried to turn off all needs to enter pin and you can't...
Iv seen sky blame off com, but cant understand why you can't turn this off.
People who suffer with memory issues are having more barriers put in their way!
Surely there is a tv subscription service with out this?
