* moderators, please do not merge this topping with "Skipping ads", as this is a different issue that needs assistance from supporters that may avoid skipping ads queries but may be able to contribute to the totally different questions posed below. This is an issue about SUBTITLES, and also about reporting BUGS, not missing features.
When playing a recorded program, I skip ads by jumping forward x minutes, and FF/REW to find the restart of the program. Unfortunately, everytime I do, subtitles stop working. Switching subtitles off and on using voice control does not make any difference. To get the subtitles back, I have to stop and resume the program. This is a PITA as my wife and I both need subtitles on all programs.
Does this affect other users?
Is there a "bug" list that this might be on?
Where can I report this bug?
