No voice

I have no voice due to having laryngectomy ( cancer ) so how the F do I get in contacted with sky if they don't use email or live chat !!!

Hello thank you for the reply

All I'd like to know is I've had £5 come out of my account from Sky and would like to know what its for I only have broadband with sky and that's around £40 so not sure what the £5 is

Does your bill on the My Sky App or sky.com/bill show what it could be for? It should be clearly stated on here, if you need a bit more info let us know and I can escalate your post to one of our Customer Service agents on the Community who will invite you to a private chat.

@Mrspt the £5 might be labelled as 'Broadband Boost'. If so, you may find this explanation helpful: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-boost

I never signed up for a boost so why have you taken it out !!!

We can't answer why it was added to your account because we are customers like you (apart from @Chloe-W22 but she has no access to your account) so try using an option here to speak to Sky about it and ask them to remove it:

I believe Boost is packaged with some of Sky's broadband products, unless you opt out, so it may have been added automatically if you've recently signed up, or changed your broadband package.

I've been with sky for a few years and never changed I just noticed it this morning in my bank account!!
