I've moved home & sky boxes & cannot connect... Help?

I've moved home & sky boxes. WiFi & channels won't connect. We have satellite dish. Sky advisor said I only needed to move boxes & connect... Cam anyone help with other suggestions?

Do you have Sky+? Or Sky Q? 

 

Are you able to watch live television? Or is it just On Demand services you can't connect to?

@A+Egan  Did you have Sky broadband at your old address? did you book a new installation at your new address? 

 

Broadband doesn't follow you to you to your new home as it has to be physically disconnected at your old address and then connected at your new addres, lead times are around 14 days.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
