I've moved home & sky boxes. WiFi & channels won't connect. We have satellite dish. Sky advisor said I only needed to move boxes & connect... Cam anyone help with other suggestions?

Are you able to watch live television? Or is it just On Demand services you can't connect to?

Broadband doesn't follow you to you to your new home as it has to be physically disconnected at your old address and then connected at your new addres, lead times are around 14 days.
