Re resent contact over getting my phone line moved

With reference to my contact by phone last week to get my phone line cable secured on property and also to consider moving it to another position. 
I spoke to a female representative last week in which I was told a person called Mathen would contact us this has not materialised and I need to get this addressed quickly . 
could someone please contact me asap please.
