Super6 is asking me for identity documents

Been asked for verification too. Foolishly maybe, I posted my passport and License and now they want a photo of my bank card omitting only the middle three of the  12 digit number. This I haven't posted so still can.t play.

I can't get into my super6 it's saying paused due to some checks it's been like it since last Saturday I don't know what to do

@Andy-henson   I have merged your post to this existing thread that is discussing the same issue, a new thread isn't required, nor is it anything remotely related to Sky Stream where you originally posted this.

It's also not a Sky TV, Mobile & Broadband issue which is what this community is for and is unable to help with a gambling website.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but this section's title does state  Sky news and Sports websites and Sky Super 6  is a sports website and not a gambling one.

I've stopped playing Super6 because the personal details Sky ask for are over and above what they are entitled to keep. Sky, like many major companies, don't know how to keep our information safe.

For years I've used the Super 6 app without any problems in accessing it. Over the last 18 months, I've encountered numerous problems when trying to login. Such as "your account has been suspended", "we don't recognise your login details", what have you had to eat, where are you going etc. To re-enable my account, bearing in my nothing has changed, I had to submit a bank statement and passport. In 12 years + I've never had to do this until now! I wouldn't mind so much but I've never used to app to place bets - so why is it becoming more difficult to access your own super 6. My account being suspended was down to Super 6 suspending it even though they've got all my up to date documentation. It seems the left hand hand, doesn't know what the right hand is doing! So just been on my app again and now it's asking me to reset the pin. My pin is fine, I don't want to change it but none the less, I have no choice. Then I notice my email address is incorrect. Seriously... can you get anything right and leave the punter alone or are you transitioning to using AI - give me strength!

My  S6 is exactly the same. Now I have to enter my login details manually every time, and it now just goes back to the log-in screen. I've even deleted the app and reinstalled, and that doesn't help either!

I think secretly they don't want players, so they don't have to pay the jackpot. That's my personal opinion
