Super 6

Hi, I believe I shut down my sky bet account a while ago thinking I was just doing it for summer however it seems I have shut it down indefinitely and I can't get into super six I was wondering if I could have my account re open again

Am in a mini league with friends, but most of us in that league have not been able to get in the last 2 days! Keep getting the 'we are having technical issues' message every time I try. 

And most of those that can't get in are using an iPhone, Android users seem to be able to get in?

Just tried on PC and logged in fine. They must of broken the app in the recent update.

In exactly the same situation 

Contacted SKY via email and CHAT and they just kept telling me there was a Tech issue they were working on.  Then they said add a credit card and account would be activated. They can't seem to understand I've been using Super6 for 3 years and now this happens. I won't be adding my credit card

Same advice given to me because my account has suddenly become suspended.  

 

If there is an issue at their end maybe put a status message on your stupid chatbot rather than have people wait for an hour or so to have somebody give inconsistent advice (add a card) and then say actually it's their technical issue.  And to rub salt into the wound they've emailed me and sent me a notification to remind me to put my scores in even though my account is still "suspended" 😡

I tried again earlier and they still insisted it was a system issue on their side despite my family all being able to sign in 🤷‍♂️

That's exactly what they told me on CHAT. They also said I needed to add a credit  / debit card to unlock account. Told them I'm only using Super6 and is free.

  • Not till I used Facebook messenger and got through to someone this morning did they tell me  a flag had been set preventing me from logging in. Insist they check your account for any flags

Just an observation but when I couldn't log in the Remember me tick box was not available. Since they found the flag issue the Remember me tick box is now there.

Bit of thread revival, my SS6 won't let me log in now either, account has been suspended for no reason? Are people having the same issue? I don't bet anymore just purely us SS6 as I'm in a league with some pals, they say the relevant team are working to sort the issue out this is almost 48hrs ago?
