I have Sky Stream and the Sky Sports package. I can watch live Sky Sports channels on Sky Go but on the Sky Sports App it says I need to subscribe ("Get Sky Sports to watch this live"), even though I've logged in using the same my Sky ID. Any ideas?

Thank you @caesarome , I will keep an eye out for the bubble.
Having said that, I tried the Sports App again this morning and without making any changes it now seems to be working. I'm wondering if my Sky ID had a temporary problem yesterday. Will see how it goes tonight.

@SKY1992bf , My package allows for all Sky Sports channels and I am trying to watch, eg the Sky Sports Football live channel.

@caesarome , yes spot on, I can watch any live Sky Sports channel on the Sky Go app, but not the Sky Sports app, even though I've logged in with the same Sky ID.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
