Is there a resolution to this? Someone please help! How do you get past the postcode page?! How does no one know?

Hello. I am trying to set My Sky up but it won't let me enter my postcode. It just tells me an error occurred and won't let me enter anything. Please help me. Thanks

I've entered the postcode with and without the space. I haven't used a fullstop etc.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

We are having same issue postcode entered everyway won't come off the enter postcode screen. Postcode entered is correct checked on details on Tv but just stuck

It's on the my sky app log in, sky id entered password then next screen is please enter postcode. Correct postcode entered. But it keeps saying entered incorrectly. Tried to reset password etc to see if it was our fault and still get back to the please enter postcode after log in. Cannot get to another screen just won't let you continue !
