Cant get into my sky app

Got a email stating my account details are wrong.  So I tried to go onto my account, but I forgot my password,  so I pressed to reset my password and it keeps stating I'm timed out.

Hi @Barbaralord   That sounds very suspicious, I hope you didn't click on any links in the email?
