Downloading Sky app on computer

I want to download the Sky app to my PC but don't know what to do, so can someone help me in plain english please>

@Dave+Gahan  Which Sky app? as there are a few, MySky App? Sky Sport+ app? Sky Go app?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I wanted to download the MySky app, but a second helper says that it can only be downloaded to a mobile phone.
