I log into the My Sky app but it keeps asking for a password. I put it in but nothing happens. Help

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

After a long day trying I finally cracked it. Delete all your browsing history cache and cookies. Log in again and it works!

I had no problem signing into sky earlier this morning, but now even after clearing data, history etc, after putting in sign in credentials, it asks for postcode, then did nothing after clicking continue.

All of a sudden I cannot log into the my sky app. User and password entered and it asks for postcode. When postcode entered nothing happens . Please help
