Sky sports launcher not working on laptop

Trying to watch sky sports on laptop. Every time I run it, there is just a black screen and nothing works. Have deleted folders, the app. Reinstalled. Nothing works

It isn't clear what you are using so are you using the Sky Go app or the Sky Sports desktop app ?

As well as uninstalling and the like did you do a reboot ?

 

Something else you could try is the Sky Go app.

What do you mean by reboot. I have also tried sky go. Same issue
