As reported by @smr24 and @SammyNagle I also am unable to get past the "enter your post code" screen.
My account is setup and active and I have a Sky ID but as I can't enter the postcode I'm unable to use the MySky app.
Multiple advisors from the call centre asked to try different browsers and using spaces/no spaces but nothing seems to work!
