ACCESS Denied to mysky on my mobile

Happening to me on my Android mobile. Both WiFi and data are Sky and access denied to pretty much everything on the Mysky app.

I can only access the info via phone data. I have to turn off wifi on my phone. My phone isn't with Sky.

Probably Sky hate their customers.

Access denied on sky mobile app have tried all the usual but no success..anyone got any ideas

I have the same problem and can only access my Sky account through the My Sky app on Sky Q.

Me too. Just started a couple of days ago. Problem seems to be really intermittent (sometimes I can access no prob, sometimes I get the above message) so I'm guessing it's an issue at Sky's end, not ours. V odd!

I'm having the same issues. Getting "Access denied on this server..." when trying to see bills, Help page etc. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks.
