Access denied to My Sky app

I can't use the My Sky app on my phone as I get the following error:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://agg.oogway.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.html" on this server.

Do you a VPN on the device it is installed on, if so try disabling it.

Many thanks for that. I didn't think of a VPN problem because I was able to set up Sky with VPN switched on. However, your answer solved the problem.

I have disabled the VPN but I still can't access the My Sky app on my phone. I can open the app on my ipad

Disconnect the VPN and try the MySky app again. There are certain apps/services from Sky that won't work on VPNs.

Sky Stream, Sky Glass Air and Sky Broadband customer

Cannot access my contract or anything on my account

Ordered an iPad - 2 turnt up today after no emails were sent. Says my access is restricted when I click on my documents and cannot get any sense out of the virtual assistant

  • The problem is the router which needs to be switched off then on again after 30min. I turned off my wifi on my mobile and used mobile data. Previous denied access solved.

I have tried using my phone data and also gaining access from a different property on their WiFi and still same

issue. I've had 5 different calls to sky and they can't even resolve it.

Are you using wifi or mobile data on your device, whatever it is have you tried the other ?
