I'm having the same issue and im with Tesco mobile and my home broadband provider is youfibre

I think Sky have  rectified the issue as I now have access to my bills via the MY Sky app.

Looks like its sorted but the person on chat told me to delete all cookies, cache and history, uninstall the app then reboot the device before reinstalling the app. That worked.
