SKY app not accepting my post code

Attempted to view my bill and use the product seeting via SKY app but after logging in with my sky details and password, the app prompted me to enter post code and later specific digits from my method of payment but after doing this the app is not allowing me to proceed and get into the app. Please help!

What happens if you use this link instead to access your bill:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

 

If it asks you for the same details then try putting your phone's web browser into desktop mode then putting the postcode in
