Accessing my sky mobile account on my sky app

Having the following issues recently when accessing the sky web site

You don't have permission to access "https://www.sky.com/myaccount/signin?" on this server.

And also linking my sky mobile account to the app to enable me to manage my sims and rolling data between sims

Are you using a VPN in your mobile if so try disabling it. If you are not using this then you do get this error when on mobile data and a Wi-Fi connection.

Getting this as well from my home IP every device shows this, change IP and I can access Sky.

 

Very strange as it was working as I was talking to customer service and it stopped working during the conversation.

 

I think Sky have a blocking software that's become misconfigured.

I'm also unable to access parts of the app on Android if connected to my Sky Hub 4.2 with sane error message.

 

I can access all parts of the app if I turn off wifi and connect via phone data (Three Mobile). My assumption is the MySky app doesn't like Sky Internet service

I am unable to access app or website

I am have more issues trying to upgrade my sports package via the app or website I keep getting the following error message can you please help. 

 

Access Denied

Yes is it I have a mesh setup in my house. I've tried directly connecting to the sky modem and still having issues and the same with mobile data

For unknown reasons a number of people have been reporting this issue over the last few days so all you can do is to contact Sky and report this to them.
