@martinroy you could try changing your password. I doubt it will make any difference, but it's easy to do, so worth a try.
That aside, I think you'll have to contact Sky - the help guide here relates specifically to Sky Yahoo Mail, but I imagine the principle is the same for your Sky ID: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-yahoo-mail

On your phone does this happen on both mobile data and on a Wi-Fi connection ?

@caesarome @No, it works fine using mobile data. That's why I refreshed the public IP address on my broadband connection which temporarily fixed the issue.

I'm also unable to access parts of the app on Android if connected to my Sky Hub 4.2 with sane error message.
I can access all parts of the app if I turn off wifi and connect via phone data (Three Mobile). My assumption is the MySky app doesn't like Sky Internet service

I'm getting the same issue.
When using broadband I'm getting access denied across multiple sky web pages and in the mysky app. This is on multiple devices.
Turn wifi off and use mobile data, it's fine.
I have sky broadband so it's very weird for them to have seemingly blocked one of their own public IPs.
Would like to get to the bottom of this as it's very frustrating.

I am unable to access app or website
I am have more issues trying to upgrade my sports package via the app or website I keep getting the following error message can you please help.
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "https://www.sky.com/help/updates?" on this server.

Yes is it I have a mesh setup in my house. I've tried directly connecting to the sky modem and still having issues and the same with mobile data

For unknown reasons a number of people have been reporting this issue over the last few days so all you can do is to contact Sky and report this to them.

I cannot get it to work. Cannot even see my bill. Am on Android and sadly both mobile data and WiFi are Sky. Any idea what's going on?
