Accessing my sky mobile account on my sky app

Having the following issues recently when accessing the sky web site

You don't have permission to access "https://www.sky.com/myaccount/signin?" on this server.

And also linking my sky mobile account to the app to enable me to manage my sims and rolling data between sims

@Yondan 

Are you using a VPN in your mobile if so try disabling it. If you are not using this then you do get this error when on mobile data and a Wi-Fi connection.

Getting this as well from my home IP every device shows this, change IP and I can access Sky.

 

Very strange as it was working as I was talking to customer service and it stopped working during the conversation.

 

I think Sky have a blocking software that's become misconfigured.

I have been getting the access denied message since yesterday too. The full message is:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "https://www.sky.com/bill?" on this server.

I get the same message when trying to access Sky on my Android phone (MySky app and sky.com website) and my Windows PC (sky.com website).

 

If i disable WiFi on my phone I can access the MySky app on my phone.

 

I rebooted my BT Broadband router and checked that I had been allocated a new Public IP Address and it worked for a while from both my phone (WiFi enabled) and my Windows PC but then the access denied message returned.

 

I've checked the Public IP Address (old and new) against multiple blacklists and it doesn't appear on any of them.

 

It would be interesting to know which ISPs other users experiencing the issue are using to see if it's isolated to BT Broadband users.
