When I send an emails from my SkyYahoo account it shows as coming from Virgin Media to the recipients, no idea what's going on.

Everything else on my email account looks ok except for the Virgin thing. Thinking I should cancel the account and set up again?
If that is the only thing that is wrong, it has to be that your "sending name" has been changed.
Did you definately check what @caesarome posted:
Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Your Name
You do have to check via a desktop browser (or mobile browser in desktop mode).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes it show as Virgin Media as the sender (instead of your name) or Virgin as the email address it is being sent from ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI presume this is via your online Sky email account, if so go to:
Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Your Name
If it is wrong there change it and then I would change it plus check this as well:
Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
If you have had to make any change here then logout and change your password:

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt sounds like your account may have been compromised. Did you reply to an email recently asking you to update/verify your email address?
If you check your sent folder, does anything look amiss?

No, I didn't respond to update request, I had realised it was wrong.

Thank you so much for sending a copy of the Mailbox Management page. I have gone into my mail on a desktop and found that where my name should be was Virgin Media!! No idea how that could happen. Have changed it back so all is solved. Brilliant, Ive learned alot from this conversation. Really grateful.

I would check the other settings @caesarome suggested, and if anything else needs correcting I would definitely recommend changing your password as someone has probably gained access to your account.
