Hi
Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but recently SKy emails stopped working with my Galaxy phone. When I try to log it it just errors saying it can't verify.
Just updated to the S23+ and after transferring data I still can't get in to my SKY emails, i can connect any other email to outlook.
I have a backup S20+ and did a factory reset on it and a different mobile number, set up and works fine.
Just tried a bare bones reset on the S23+ and it still won't let me connect my sky emails.
Anyone know if maybe the mobile number is being used during verification and there is something gone wrong??
I can forward my emailsto my google account but that's only a fix not a solution.
Tried manually setting up and still get the same thing.
Totally stuck now so hoping someone has an answer 🙂

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:
