My SKY email hasn't been accessible since Friday last week. I can't speak to anyone ( faceless as per usual ) and the options sent bus text aren't resetting the account. I rely on email and the account is needed.

Hi.
yes have tried signing in on that link but just says there is a problem with the account.
The message on the account ( when I sign in in my app on my iPhone ) says 'account error'

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou will need to call Sky as they will have to unlock your account so when you do call just say it is your Sky account (don't mention email). If they can't do it then leave it a while and call back again as it might take a few calls before you get to talk to someone who knows how to unlock the account,

Thank you. Agree ... hence my 'faceless' point. So frustrating. Pay a premium price for their service but get rubbish response !
