Cannot log in to my account. It keeps telling me to ring the number that has lead to this forum

Cannot login to yahooemail to access Sky

The same here, since about 12pm noon BST today Wednesday 3 April  I haven't been able to access my email either direct via Yahoo or any third party app, whatever I do all I get is: 

Account problem

We apologise for the inconvenience, but we have encountered a problem with your account. Please contact (redacted)  for further assistance.

Phoned Sky twice and got absolutely nowhere.

Try clearing your browser cache, or try logging in via your browser's incognito/privacy mode.

It's not a general problem with Sky Yahoo Mail.

Thanks for the advice however I steeled myself and reset my password and everything's working fine now.
