Since Wednesday I've not been able to get into emails due to verification code not coming through to my phone and I don't know my recovery code. How can I access my emails please help as sky are not doing anything to help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@lynn.cain unfortunately there's nothing we customers here can do to resolve this. I'm afraid you'll have to persevere with Sky. They do have a specialist team who can help, but their existence appears not to be well known amongst the advisers who take calls.
