I cannot get into my emails as I'm not receiving verification codes to my iPhone 11 . The only other option is to enter the recovery code, which I don't have. I've spent hours on the phone to sky advisers (mobile and tech team) and they have not managed to resolve. Has anyone else had same issue and if so how did you resolve. I have important personal information I cannot access as its on email.

There haven't been other posts recently reporting the same problem, so it would seem to be an issue with your iPhone? Unless you made a separate note of your Recovery Code, or forwarded the email containing it to a 3rd party email account and if Sky can't help,you, I think you're stuck, I'm afraid

If you can get in that way, you should be able to get the recovery code from the email sent when you set it up.

When you signed up to 2FA you were given a recovery code so if you didn't make a note of it then check the email you were also sent.
To turn off 2FA sign in with the recovery code so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.

I not receiving any codes today either ! Was working fine yesterday .
but today no code's being sent.
never was sent any recover codes either !
Surely there must be way of resetting this with code .

The Recovery Code was both displayed on screen and sent to your email account. I've alerted Sky to the problem with receiving the Verification code.

For clarity, it's the Verification Codes that aren't coming through.
If you don't have a note of the separate Recovery Code, I'm afraid it's a matter of waiting until Sky fix the problem. They are aware of it.

Hi
You are not alone. I have been unable to access my emails because the verification code isn't being sent to my phone. This has just happened. I didn't want to use the verification pin in the first place exactly for this reason. I must have clicked on it accidently.
Nothing has changed on my phone and so the fault must be with Sky!

To turn it off you need to sign in with the recovery code so do you access your emails via any other method like you using an app ?
