My sky.com email has stopped working through my gmail app

My sky.com emails used to be able to be viewed through my gmail app until about 10 days ago.

I can not see them to open and read them any more.

Please help. I have tried lots of different advice but no joy. I am not a computer/ technical person so easy fix is what I need. Please help.

What happens when you try to view them, any error messages?
