Just checked mine, it's back too. Thank goodness! This weekends job is going to be migrating as many websites as possible away from my Sky email! Can't be having this happen again

GREAT NEWS !

 

I have access to my Sky Email Account again - Phew !

 

Although my access to here seems to have been reset too...

 

I have had to switch browsers to be able to log back in and my profile picture has changed to my Microfort one ???

I have spoke to sky over hr last few days trying to sort my email account. Has a 2 set verification, had wrong phone no, they said it would take 23/48 hrs .. 

got on to app ok , then later in evening came  up suspended. 
I can't even log in etc . 
has anyone else had this problem?

I suspect someone has had access to your account and has been using it to send spam/scam emails, it would be them that changed your phone number.

It's probable that Yahoo has suspended it to protect their systems/reputation.

However, as you are not a Yahoo account holder, they won't unsuspend it for you, it will have to be Sky on your behalf, so I'm afraid you will need to call Sky again.

 

When you call them say it needs to go to the IDM (Identity Management) Team, hopefully they can transfer you.

i have spent nesrly 3 hrs and more ...teying to sot my sky email, says to ask sky to re activate ..call them nd no one seems to have a clue, i have lost a lot of emails due to this, feeling very frustrated. 

so now i need to contact plus update all my contacts with a different email.

i am leaving sky, they have caused me lots of problems 

has anyone got Yahoo help contact> thank you

@Nikpink71 there's no point contacting Yahoo. They can't help and will only redirect you back to Sky. You're not the first that has had,this problem and there is a process for dealing with it. Unfortunately as with many Sky Yahoo Mail issues the process isn't widely, understood amongst front line advisers. You'll have to persevere with Sky, perhaps by making a formal complaint.
